We currently deliver to most pincodes across India, including major cities, towns, and semi-urban areas.
If your area is not serviceable, our system will notify you during checkout.
2. Shipping Charges
- Standard Shipping: ₹49 on orders below ₹499
- Free Shipping: On orders above ₹499
- Express Delivery (If applicable): May incur extra charges as shown during checkout
Shipping charges (if any) are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
3. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
- Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
- Metro Cities: 2–4 working days
- Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 3–6 working days
- Remote/Rural Areas: 5–8 working days
Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and courier partner efficiency.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, we will send you:
- A tracking number
- Courier name (e.g., Delhivery, Shiprocket, Bluedart, etc.)
- Tracking link via email or WhatsApp/SMS

6. Delays in Delivery
We are not responsible for delays caused due to:
- Natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, or other force majeure events
- Incorrect/incomplete delivery address
- Recipient not available at delivery time
- Courier delays beyond our control

7. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package is:
- Damaged: Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/video of the unboxing.

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Orders can only be placed for addresses within India.
