Order Cancellations
Before Dispatch:
You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it or before the item is dispatched, whichever comes first. To cancel, contact us immediately at:

After Dispatch:
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not allowed. However, you may be eligible for a return or refund as per the terms below.
Refunds Eligibility
Refunds are applicable only in the following conditions:
- You received a wrong item or damaged product
- Your order was cancelled before dispatch
- The product was out of stock or unavailable after payment
- The product delivered was expired or not fit for consumption
❗ Food items once opened or used are not eligible for refund/return due to hygiene and safety concerns.
Refund Process
- Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–7 working days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (UPI/Card/Net Banking) used during the transaction.
- You will receive an email/SMS confirmation once the refund is initiated.
If you used Razorpay as the payment gateway, the refund will be handled securely through their system.
Return Conditions (If Applicable)
If a return is approved:
- Item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- Return request must be made within 2 days of delivery
- Return shipping charges may apply unless the error is from our side
