🍪 What is Thekua?

Thekua, also known as Khajuria, is a time-honored traditional sweet from Bihar, Jharkhand, and Eastern UP. It is especially prepared during Chhath Puja, but loved year-round as a tasty and crunchy snack.

Made using whole wheat flour, jaggery (or sugar), coconut, and desi ghee, Thekua is deep-fried till golden and crisp. It does not contain any preservatives, making it a healthy and authentic Indian snack.
