Order Acceptance & Cancellation
- Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion — including but not limited to availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
- Customers can request cancellations within 2 hours of placing an order, or before dispatch. (See our Cancellation & Refund Policy)
Payments
- We accept payments via Razorpay, which supports UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets.
- We do not store your card or bank details. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay using encryption and PCI-DSS compliance.
- In case of payment failures, please contact Razorpay support or your bank.
Delivery & Shipping
- We deliver across most major pin codes in India.
- Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days and delivered in 3–7 working days.
- Shipping charges (if any) will be shown at checkout.
Returns & Refunds
- Returns are allowed only for damaged, expired, or wrong items.
- Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days upon approval.
